Who can you refer?

TierPM recruits for roles across commercial and residential AV, live events, unified communications, information technology, software, project delivery, security technology, sales, operations, and leadership. A useful referral is someone whose experience aligns with one or more of these areas.

Before submitting a referral

• Confirm the best way for a TierPM recruiter to reach them.
• Include a short note about their experience and the type of work they want.
• Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, financial data, or other sensitive information.

How the referral process works

After you submit the form, TierPM can review the referral and determine whether current or future opportunities may match the person’s background. A referral does not guarantee placement, employment, or a bonus. Your recruiter can explain any applicable program terms.
